Drawings for Planning Permission
Once the proposals have been viewed and agreed in the sketch scheme stage, the drawings are set out to meet the requirements for a planning permission application to the local council. The proposal will need to be presented with the relevant plans and elevations clearly indicating what is to be built. These drawings need to be at a specific scale and also display certain information like scale bars (to assist measuring the drawings and to check drawing reproduction size) and north points (to assist with sun overshadowing).
