Initial Feasibility and Sketch Schemes
A measured survey is conducted on your property. This consists of top to bottom measuring of your existing property. The plans and elevations are drawn up showing what the property currently looks like. These existing drawings are then used as a base for the proposed scheme designs for the extension or alteration.
