Drawings for Building Regulation Approval
The drawings produced for the planning application are usually used as the base for the more detailed drawings that form the submission for the building regulation application. These drawings need to show a lot more detail on how the proposed construction will meet the current building regulation requirements. They relate to elements such as foundations, structural integrity, thickness and type of insulation, drainage layouts, etc. A detailed written specification is also submitted with the drawings.
